I have been here twice and did all you can eat sushi. If you want gourmet sushi as well as other options for appetizers I would highly recommend this place. For like 27 dollars, you get all you can eat sushi (only order three rolls max because you get charged for full rolls you aren't able to eat) as well as appetizers, soups, salads, appetizer rolls. You will definitely get your money's worth out of the experience. Had great, knowledgeable servers as well. Clean atmosphere and not chaotic. Highly recommend.

Oh, my Lord, fried salmon skins with cucumbers in eel sauce. I knew I liked the skins but this is a whole 'nuther level of good. And the salmon avocado rolls don't cost any extra. So good! So good! The little ad insert tells me there's also an all you can eat buffet for less than 20. I know where I'm taking Dad the next time that he's in town!

My visit to Wichita Falls with friend and find this bar, it proved an absolute delight! The sushi rolls were fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The steak is my favorite. The shrimp dishes were equally impressive, cooked to perfection with a tender, juicy finish. Can’t wait to return!

Our first visit & it was awesome !! We waited too long to eat here! Everything was fresh & delicious, our waitress was very helpful & knowledgeable, she even said if we didn't like this one item we were on the fence about, that she wouldn't charge us for not eating it! The all you can eat menu has one rule, you must eat what you order or you pay for it at alacart prices. This would be a great place for large groups, sharing different rolls would allow you to try something you might not like.

Volcano never fails to amaze me! We enjoyed our visit as always, love the food and our server! Rose was phenomenal and ensured everything was to the T and exceeded our expectations!!! Will definitely be coming back soon!!!

She deserves every accolade and then some; a raise would only be just for the level of dedication she brings to her role. Her attentiveness was remarkable, checking up on us with a frequency that was neither too scarce nor intrusive, always with politeness and promptness that made us feel genuinely cared for. The culinary journey was equally impressive. The sushi rolls were a revelation, easily some of the best I've ever had, each bite a perfect harmony of flavors. And the yum yum sauce? It was the crowning glory, superb in its ability to complement the sushi without overpowering it. It's clear that Volcano Sushi doesn't just serve food; they master the art of flavor.
